Bread Machine Pizza DoughPrinter Friendly Recipe
- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
- 2 T sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 T powdered milk
- 4 1/2 cups bread flour
- 2 tsp bread machine yeast
Place all of the ingredients in the bread machine set on the dough cycle. When the dough cycle is complete, place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover and refrigerate until needed. Makes 2 thick pizzas.
- 2 oz. shredded block mozzarella
- 2 oz. white mushrooms, sliced
- Marinara sauce (your favorite bottled is fine)
- 2 oz. shredded Parmesan or Romano cheese
Place a pizza stone on the bottom rack of your oven and preheat oven to 500°F. You'll want to let the oven preheat for at least 15 minutes. Thirty minutes will be even better. Place half of the pizza dough on a flat pan covered with parchment paper. Form a 12" round.
