- Add the butter and pulse to combine. Add the salt, pepper, and fresh thyme or rosemary. Combine well.
- Scoop the mixture out onto a board covered in plastic wrap. Roll into a log, approximately 12-13 inches long. by wrapping the plastic wrap onto itself. Refrigerate for several hours or freeze for 30-60 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Slice into 24 crackers. Bake on a parchment or silicone-lined baking sheet for approximately 15-25 minutes, until browned. Cool in the pan for a couple of minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
