I've been making this recipe at my house for years and years. It's one of my favorite comfort food desserts.
Hot Fudge Pudding Cake
|Hot Fudge Pudding Cake Ingredients|
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 3/4 cups hot water
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Measure flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. Blend in the milk and oil.
Stir in the chopped nuts.
|The Only Equipment You Need is a Spoon|
Pour the mixture into a ungreased 9x9x2 pan. In a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa powder. Sprinkle the mixture over the batter in the pan.
|Sprinkle the Chocolate Mix on Top|
Pour the hot water over the batter.
|Ready to Bake|
Bake for 45 minutes.
|Fresh Out of the Oven|
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
